AI Transformation Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support a strategic client engagement, the full-time AI Transformation Process Analyst will analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical experts.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to understand current-state processes and identify operational challenges
- Assess business functions for suitability of agentic AI solutions and evaluate potential business value
- Develop business blueprints that define requirements, workflows, and success measures for proposed solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting engagements
- Experience documenting business processes and future-state operating models
- Strong facilitation skills, including leading workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations
