Job Summary

AI Transformation Program Lead, a full-time individual contributor role focused on driving AI-driven business transformation by identifying process inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and ensuring the adoption of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to identify and define future-state workflows enabled by AI
• Drive adoption and change management by redesigning workflows and operating models
• Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring on-time and high-quality deployment of AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, operations leadership, or change management
• Related bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a similar field
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and workflow automation platforms
• Proven ability to redesign business processes and drive cross-functional programs
• Strong business acumen with the capability to define KPIs and evaluate ROI
