AI Transformation Program Lead

Job Summary

Driving AI-driven business transformation, the full-time AI Transformation Program Lead will partner with functional leaders to identify process inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and ensure the adoption of new AI solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high-impact process inefficiencies and define future-state workflows enabled by AI
• Redesign workflows and operating models while ensuring teams benefit from new solutions
• Build and manage an enterprise AI opportunity pipeline, sequencing initiatives based on impact and feasibility

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, operations leadership, or change management
• Related bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a similar field
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and workflow automation platforms
• Proven ability to redesign business processes end-to-end in complex organizations
• Strong business acumen, including the ability to define KPIs and evaluate ROI
