AI Transformation Program Lead

Job Summary

Seeking an AI Transformation Program Lead, the full-time role will manage large-scale AI-driven improvements by partnering with business leaders to identify process inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and ensure successful adoption of AI solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to identify high-impact process inefficiencies and define future-state workflows enabled by AI
• Drive adoption and change management by redesigning workflows and ensuring teams benefit from new solutions
• Lead end-to-end program execution, translating business requirements into clear problem statements and ensuring timely, high-quality deployment

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, operations leadership, or change management focused on digital transformation
• Related bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a similar field
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and workflow automation platforms, with a focus on workflow redesign
• Proven ability to lead large-scale change and influence stakeholders in complex organizations
• Strong business acumen to define KPIs, evaluate ROI, and ensure adherence to AI ethics
