AI Transformation Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving AI initiatives for operational efficiency, the full-time salaried AI Transformation Program Manager will manage the strategy and execution of AI-driven automations across the GTM stack while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact AI automation opportunities
• Own the GTM AI roadmap, managing the design, build, and rollout of AI workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Establish frameworks for measuring the success of AI initiatives, tracking metrics such as time savings and productivity lift

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of program management experience, preferably in GTM operations or AI operations
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with GTM systems, including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills to translate technical insights into executive-level narratives
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred
