AI Transformation Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the execution and operational management of the company's enterprise-wide AI-First Transformation program, the remote contract AI Transformation Program Manager will manage day-to-day activities across multiple workstreams, drive program governance, and prepare executive-level communications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the AI-First Transformation program, ensuring deliverables and milestones are effectively managed
• Drive cross-functional coordination through meetings and status updates, ensuring accountability and alignment among stakeholders
• Prepare executive-level updates, presentations, and reports to communicate transformation progress and maintain a consistent narrative

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or strategy execution roles
• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, software, data, IoT, or technology-driven organizations
• Experience supporting complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and operational management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with modern project and program management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
