Job Summary

Seeking a full-time AI Transformation Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate AI, robotics, and automation into workforce design and execution, partnering with various business leaders to ensure effective transition and measurable business value in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and implement AI-enabled solutions across the organization
• Partner with business leaders to assess organizational implications of AI adoption and shape future-state models
• Build implementation roadmaps and governance structures for AI transformation efforts, tracking financials and value realized

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, or enterprise program management
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
