AI Transformation Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote AI Workforce Transformation & Organizational Design Project Manager who will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to integrate AI, robotics, and automation into organizational processes while collaborating with business leaders to ensure effective transition and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and implement AI-enabled solutions across the organization
• Partner with various teams to assess organizational implications of AI adoption and build implementation roadmaps
• Serve as a trusted advisor for Lean and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring alignment of AI opportunities with process redesign

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, or enterprise program management
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
• Strong understanding of organizational design and workforce planning
• Familiarity with AI, automation, robotics, or digital transformation and their workforce implications
