AI Transformation Senior Director

Job Summary

Partnering with account teams, the full-time AI Transformation Senior Director will lead strategic consulting initiatives, guide high-level discovery sessions, and develop business cases to drive AI transformation and value realization for large enterprise clients in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to shape deal strategy and create compelling commercial narratives throughout the customer lifecycle
• Lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to identify strategic objectives and high-value AI use cases across various business functions
• Develop business cases and ROI models that quantify achievable outcomes and synthesize complex datasets for executive-level presentations

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or finance/supply chain roles within large enterprises
• Experience in SaaS sales, pre-sales, or services delivery is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success engaging at the C-suite level and influencing executive decision-making
• Prior experience in guiding organizations through change initiatives or technology-enabled transformations, particularly in AI
• Experience designing and facilitating executive workshops or strategy sessions for senior stakeholders at large enterprises
