AI Transformation Specialist

Job Summary

To support AI-driven initiatives, the full-time remote AI Transformation Specialist will manage first-tier reviews of AI Builds Catalog submissions, run onboarding programs for team members, and maintain operational documentation while ensuring quality and efficiency in processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct first-tier reviews of AI Builds Catalog submissions, ensuring quality checks and escalating complex cases
• Facilitate Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the AI Adoption onboarding program for new and existing team members
• Maintain and update the People Roster to track team members' maturity stages and flag stalled adopters for follow-up

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or enablement roles, preferably in content, marketing, or B2B services
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, and experience with building workflows or prompts is a plus
• Strong written communication skills for creating clear review notes and synthesizing analytics
• Operational discipline with the ability to manage queues and maintain current documentation
• Attention to detail with a high quality standard for review work
