AI Transformation Strategist
Job Summary
Engaging with VP and Director-level leaders, the full-time remote AI Transformation Strategist will define and execute AI-first transformation programs while developing conversational AI agents to enhance customer experiences across CX, Operations, and Technology functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic advisory sessions to define transformation priorities and drive program execution
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design, build, and deliver conversational AI agents
- Implement change management programs to facilitate enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years in management consulting or enterprise technology advisory with experience at the VP and Director level
- Proven track record in scoping and delivering AI or conversational AI products
- Strong technical fluency and familiarity with contact center ecosystems
- Experience leading cloud migration or digital transformation programs
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
