AI Tutor Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and high-ownership, the AI Tutor Onboarding & Training Specialist will manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new AI Tutors, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance through training and ongoing development, with flexibility for remote work options.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for new AI Tutors, coordinating initial training and orientation
• Evaluate and improve training materials based on feedback to enhance tutor readiness and performance
• Track tutor progress and serve as the primary point of contact for support and guidance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or a related people-facing role
• Experience onboarding or training specialized talent, particularly in high-volume programs
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with tracking systems and basic learning tools
