AI Usability Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Technology Usability Researcher to evaluate and improve user experience for internal products.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute multiple concurrent research projects to evaluate task performance of Excel and Copilot
• Conduct qualitative and mixed-methods research to generate insights for product development
• Analyze and synthesize data, prioritizing findings and summarizing work in actionable reports

Required Qualifications

• An advanced degree in Engineering, Social Science, or a related research-centric field
• Proven experience in designing and executing mixed-methods UX research
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in qualitative research methods and insight synthesis
• 6 months+ experience researching generative AI or LLM in a professional setting
