AI User Experience Reliability Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI User Experience Reliability Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies for measuring and improving AI accuracy, stability, and task success
• Ensure the reliability of runtime safety systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust safety solutions
• Lead engineering initiatives for AI quality, evaluation, safety assurance, and behavioral monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, evaluation engineering, applied ML, or reliability engineering
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of Go, Java, or C++ is a plus
• Experience with AI systems in production and understanding of LLMs and evaluation methods
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence cross-functional engineering teams
