AI UX Designer
Job Summary
Leading design activities for human-AI collaboration, the full-time remote AI UX Designer will conduct user research, create dynamic interaction patterns, and advocate for ethical design to enhance user experiences with AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead user research to identify pain points in human-AI interactions and create journey maps
- Design dynamic UI patterns that accommodate AI latency and ensure user control during interactions
- Facilitate co-creation workshops and usability tests, collaborating with technologists and engineers
Required qualifications
- Experience in UX or experience design with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing methods
- Direct experience with AI and data-driven design preferred
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools
- Experience collaborating with developers and product managers to translate research into actionable designs
