AI UX Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the full-time AI UX Product Designer will transform initial design concepts into polished, production-ready user interfaces, engage directly with merchants to understand their needs, and drive conversion rates through effective design solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Transform first-pass designs into polished, production-ready user interfaces and build new flows from concept to deployment
• Engage with merchants through calls and demos to gather feedback and inform design decisions based on their needs
• Measure and analyze the impact of design changes on key performance metrics such as conversion and activation rates

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and experience in shipping your own work
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including flows, states, and mobile usability
• Experience with AI tools, specifically in enhancing productivity and design processes
• Background in commerce, checkout, or payments, with a focus on conversion metrics
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
