Job Summary

Creating compelling AI-driven video content, the full-time AI Video Editor / Motion Designer will produce high-quality advertising videos aimed at improving conversion rates, collaborating remotely with a global team to leverage advanced AI tools and optimize video performance across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit AI-generated advertising videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop video concepts from initial idea through to final delivery, ensuring quality and storytelling effectiveness
• Analyze video performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in video editing, post-production, or motion design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI video tools like Veo or Runway
• Experience producing realistic human characters and refining video quality, including lip-sync accuracy
• Strong understanding of video formats and performance analytics for social media platforms
• Upper-intermediate English (B2) proficiency or higher
