Job Summary

Leading a team of 3 to 7 AI-driven video editors, the full-time remote AI Video Editor Team Lead will manage project workflows, ensure quality control, and integrate AI tools to enhance video production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of video editors while managing project distribution and maintaining team morale
• Build and automate AI workflows to streamline post-production and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on creative concepts and resolve production bottlenecks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in managing video production/editing teams
• Strong project management skills with a focus on quality and deadlines
• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Proficient in integrating advanced AI tools for video production automation
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and short-form video ads
