Job Summary

To support a cutting-edge game development team, the remote contract AI Visual Generalist will rapidly generate high-quality visual assets and cinematic video elements, applying artistic foundations and experimenting with the latest AI technologies to enhance production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-quality visual asset generation quickly, minimizing iterations while ensuring premium standards
• Experiment with and provide feedback on emerging AI image and video generation tools to optimize workflows
• Collaborate autonomously across engineering, design, and art disciplines to achieve visual goals efficiently

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with foundational image and video generation models (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion)
• Strong background in traditional or digital art with a focus on final output quality
• Prior experience in the game industry, understanding asset production nuances
• Technical ability to navigate and overcome generation limitations for specific visual goals
