Job Summary

• Own the Voice AI Stack, leading architecture and development of voice capabilities for freight operations

• Build agentic voice workflows for high-volume interactions with shippers and carriers

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of agentic workflow orchestration and multi-turn conversation design
• Experience in designing scalable voice systems that integrate with cloud platforms and telephony APIs
• Ability to balance technical feasibility with operational impact and user experience
• Experience in early-stage or high-velocity environments, demonstrating startup grit
• Passion for blending AI with human judgment in automation systems
