AI Workflow Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle workflows through AI and automation, the full-time remote AI Workflow Analyst will partner with stakeholders to define strategies, prioritize development work, and communicate updates while supporting the launch and adoption of new workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for automated workflows
• Prioritize development work by balancing customer needs, technical considerations, and business goals
• Gather user feedback on AI automation and translate insights into ongoing improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in workflow design, operations leadership, or a similar role within healthcare revenue cycle
• Experience supporting automation of revenue cycle processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing decisions
