Building and managing AI-driven workflows, the remote contract AI Workflow Automation Specialist will audit existing tools, create automations across various platforms, and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Audit current tools and workflows to identify quick wins and implement improvements
• Build and manage automations across core platforms such as HubSpot, PandaDoc, GSuite, and Quo
• Connect tools to work seamlessly together, minimizing manual intervention and enhancing system performance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience building automations for small businesses
• Fluency in using AI as a primary tool for workflow development
• Comfortable reading and troubleshooting code
• Understanding of the rationale behind technical implementations
