Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Builder to join their GTM Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Map current-state processes and build end-to-end workflows to reduce manual work and improve consistency
• Develop and deploy AI agents and automation tools to enhance decision-making and execution
• Connect tools, data sources, and workflows to ensure seamless data flow and enable real-time insights

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or similar
• Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools to operational workflows
• Strong systems thinking and ability to create integrated solutions
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, AI operations, or related fields
• Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
