Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Workflow Consultant to join their team in a remote, freelance capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to map out current workflows across eCommerce, creative, and planning teams
Identify operational bottlenecks and design AI-powered solutions to streamline processes
Consult with leadership to create a unified AI strategy that integrates with existing platforms

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in workflow automation, AI integration, or martech/creative operations
Strong understanding of AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., GPT, Adobe Firefly, Airtable, Zapier)
Ability to quickly prototype and deliver testable automation concepts
Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or creative operations is a plus
