AI Workflow Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance marketing operations, the full-time remote AI Workflow Engineer will diagnose bottlenecks across teams, design AI-powered workflow systems, and ensure operational adoption of AI tools within a global marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose bottlenecks by engaging with core marketing teams to understand workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Design and build AI-powered workflow systems and no-code automations that integrate with existing tools
• Own the operational backbone for AI adoption, creating prompt libraries, SOPs, and workflow playbooks to enhance team proficiency

Required qualifications

• Strong prompt engineering skills with major LLMs and hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n
• Comfort with APIs and JSON for connecting tools without native integrations
• Understanding of marketing team operations, including PR, content, growth, and social functions
• Ability to map workflows end-to-end and propose solutions based on team interviews
• Familiarity with the martech stack and AI creative tools is preferred
