AI Workflow Engineer

Job Summary

To automate real business processes, the full-time AI Workflow Engineer will design and implement LLM-powered agent workflows, build production-ready AI services, and collaborate across teams while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from the Chicago area.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agent workflows using tools like LangGraph and CrewAI
• Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and integrate with APIs and databases
• Measure and improve AI workflows by instrumenting metrics and running experiments

Required qualifications

• Strong coding skills in Python and/or Node with clean API design experience
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration, including prompting and tool use
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and working with vector databases
• Familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n, or similar orchestration tools
• Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL and secure integration practices
