AI Workflows Training Lead

Job Summary

Owning the content and delivery of all AI workflow training, the remote AI Workflows Training Lead will design and maintain training programs for internal teams and external clients, translating complex AI functionalities into practical instruction for legal professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the AI workflows curriculum for both internal and external audiences
• Deliver live training sessions and recorded modules covering AI workflow features
• Regularly update training materials to align with platform updates and identify gaps in client AI adoption

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in litigation (JD preferred)
• Experience with training, curriculum design, or technical enablement, particularly with AI-powered tools
• Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences
• Experience training legal audiences (attorneys, paralegals, legal ops) is a strong plus
• Ability to learn new software capabilities quickly and translate them into clear instructional content
