Job Summary
To support enterprise AI transformation, the full-time, contract AI Workforce Enablement Consultant will work remotely to facilitate workforce enablement and navigate meaningful change across the organization, ensuring successful adoption of new workflows and roles.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and guide the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven changes
- Design and facilitate enablement programs that promote genuine adoption
- Equip managers to lead their teams through transitions with readiness and support
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution
- Proven track record of facilitating real behavior change
- Experience working within HR/Talent systems related to role design and performance
- Strong judgment and autonomy in fast-paced environments
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled working methods
