Job Summary
To support enterprise AI transformation, the full-time contract AI Workforce Enablement Consultant will shape workforce enablement strategies, design impactful programs, and facilitate change management remotely across the continental US.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and guide the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow and role changes
- Design and facilitate enablement programs that drive genuine adoption of new tools and processes
- Equip managers to lead their teams through transitions, including readiness and support strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution
- Proven track record of facilitating real behavior change beyond just delivering training
- Experience working within HR/Talent systems related to role design, skills, and performance
- Strong judgment and autonomy in fast-moving environments
- Practical curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-enabled ways of working
