Job Summary
To support enterprise AI transformation, the full-time remote AI Workforce Enablement Lead will manage workforce enablement approaches, design and implement enablement programs, and equip managers to lead teams through transitions effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Own the workforce enablement strategy for AI-driven workflow and role changes
- Design and execute enablement programs that foster genuine adoption rather than mere compliance
- Equip managers with tools and resources to support their teams during transitions, including readiness and communication strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent change execution
- Proven track record of driving behavior change beyond delivering training or communications
- Experience working closely with HR/Talent systems, including role design and performance management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Practical curiosity and familiarity with AI-enabled workflows
