Job Summary
To support the enterprise AI transformation, the full-time remote AI Workforce Enablement Lead will manage the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow changes, design enablement programs, and equip managers to lead teams through transitions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow and role changes
- Design and implement enablement programs that drive real adoption and support employee transitions
- Partner with Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure effective enablement precedes accountability shifts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution
- Proven experience in driving behavior change beyond just delivering training or communications
- Strong judgment and autonomy in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Practical curiosity and experience with AI-enabled ways of working
