Driving workforce transformation, the full-time AI Workforce Enablement Lead will manage the enablement approach for AI-driven workflow changes, design impactful training programs, and equip managers to support their teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the workforce enablement strategy for AI-driven role changes and workflow adaptations
- Design and implement enablement programs that foster genuine adoption of new practices
- Collaborate with Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure effective support precedes accountability shifts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or change execution
- Proven ability to drive behavior change beyond just delivering training
- Experience working with HR/Talent systems related to role design and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Practical experience with AI-enabled workflows and tools
