Job Summary
To support enterprise AI transformation, the full-time remote AI Workforce Enablement Lead will shape workforce enablement strategies, design adoption programs, and equip managers to lead their teams through changes in workflow and role expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and guide the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow and role changes
- Design and run enablement programs that drive genuine adoption of new tools and processes
- Advise across Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure effective enablement before shifting accountability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution
- A track record of driving real behavior change beyond just delivering training
- Fluency in HR/Talent systems related to role design, skills, learning, and performance
- Practical curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-enabled ways of working
- Strong judgment, autonomy, and follow-through in fast-moving environments
