AIOps Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the operational backbone of Enterprise AI platforms, the full-time remote AIOps Engineer will manage platform configuration, build AI Agents for Shared Services teams, and maintain a shared asset library while collaborating across segments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Enterprise AI platform deployments, including authentication models and integration standards
• Build and deploy AI Agents using established pipeline standards for Shared Services teams
• Develop and maintain a shared resource repository of reusable components and frameworks that inform enterprise standards

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on experience with Claude or equivalent LLM APIs, including prompt engineering and API integration
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js for AI application development
• Familiarity with Agent orchestration concepts, including multi-step reasoning and context management
• Experience with MCP servers or equivalent integration patterns
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and security principles related to responsible AI deployments
