AIOps Lead, Software Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the AIOps strategy and architecture for the organization, the full-time AIOps Lead, Software Engineering will drive operational transformation through AWS migration and AI-native capabilities, focusing on improving incident response, operational efficiency, and platform resilience across various teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement intelligent operational patterns to enhance incident detection and operational decision-making
• Architect and scale observability capabilities across cloud and application environments
• Lead the development of AIOps capabilities using AI and agentic workflows to support incident response and operational automation

Required qualifications

• Typically BS + 12 years or MS + 10 years of experience in cloud operations, platform operations, or AIOps initiatives
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including compute, networking, and automation
• Deep experience with observability platforms such as New Relic and OpenSearch
• Proven experience applying AI to operations use cases, including anomaly detection and operational workflow automation
• Strong grounding in site reliability engineering principles and practices
