• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in compressed air system optimization and design
• Experience in conducting compressed air audits with actionable recommendations
• Knowledge of control strategy and implementation in master control systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and across cultures
• Willingness to learn new approaches in compressed air management
