Job Summary

A company is looking for an Air Force EAP Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages and provides administrative and clinical supervision of Onsite EAP field Clinicians
• Leads team of Onsite EAP Consultants to develop relationships with customers and provide high-quality services
• Develops EAP operational goals and plans for effective support of customer requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years post-degree experience in a direct care clinical setting
• 1 year of direct supervisory experience
• Current licensure as BCBA, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LPCC, or LPC
• Master's degree in Behavioral Health
• Knowledge and expertise in solution-focused, brief counseling, substance abuse issues, and risk management
