Job Summary
Driving strategic growth within the United States Air Force, the full-time salaried Air Force Growth Lead will identify operational mission challenges, position technology solutions, and lead efforts from initial engagement to contract win while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all growth activities within the Air Force pipeline, developing and executing account strategies
- Engage stakeholders across various Air Force communities to understand emerging mission challenges and align solutions
- Build lasting relationships and drive expansion within Air Force organizations through strategic partnerships
Required qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret level security clearance
- 10+ years of experience in Air Force or Department of Defense environments
- Demonstrated understanding of Air Force missions, ecosystems, and acquisition pathways
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships across operational and mission-support communities
- Experience with software, analytics, AI, and operational support solutions
