Job Summary
Driving strategic growth within the United States Air Force, the full-time Air Force Growth Lead will identify operational mission challenges, position technology solutions, and lead efforts from initial engagement to contract win while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive Air Force market growth by developing and executing account strategies
- Identify current and future mission problems and shape relevant solutions
- Build lasting relationships across operational, sustainment, logistics, and acquisition communities to align capabilities with mission needs
Required qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret level security clearance
- 10+ years of experience in Air Force or Department of Defense operational environments
- Demonstrated understanding of Air Force missions and acquisition pathways
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships within the Air Force ecosystem
- Experience in supporting or selling software, analytics, or operational support solutions
