Job Summary
Driving strategic growth within the United States Air Force, the full-time Air Force Growth Lead will identify mission challenges, position technology solutions, and lead efforts from initial engagement to contract win, while working remotely and collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead growth activities within the Air Force pipeline by developing and executing account strategies
- Identify current and future mission problems and shape relevant solutions through stakeholder engagement
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across operational, sustainment, logistics, and acquisition communities within the Air Force ecosystem
Required qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret level security clearance
- 10+ years of experience in Air Force or Department of Defense operational environments
- Demonstrated understanding of Air Force missions and acquisition pathways
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships within the Air Force ecosystem
- Experience supporting or selling technology solutions related to operational support
