Job Summary
Driving strategic growth within the United States Air Force, the full-time Air Force Growth Lead will identify operational mission challenges, position technology solutions to address those challenges, and lead efforts from initial engagement to contract win while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive Air Force market growth and develop account strategies for mission-relevant solutions
- Engage stakeholders to understand emerging mission challenges and align company capabilities to operational needs
- Build lasting relationships across Air Force communities to expand adoption of solutions and drive long-term partnerships
Required qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret level security clearance
- 10+ years of experience in Air Force or Department of Defense operational environments
- Demonstrated understanding of Air Force missions, sustainment operations, and acquisition pathways
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships within Air Force operational and support communities
- Experience supporting or selling technology solutions such as software, analytics, or operational support systems
