Job Summary
Driving strategic growth within the United States Air Force, the full-time Air Force Growth Lead will identify operational mission challenges, position technology solutions to address those challenges, and lead the progression from initial engagement to contract win and scaled operational adoption, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive Air Force market growth and execute account strategies that position the company's solutions as mission-relevant capabilities
- Identify current and future mission problems, shape solutions, and cultivate value propositions around long-term partnerships
- Build lasting relationships across operational, sustainment, logistics, maintenance, acquisition, cyber, and mission-support communities within the Air Force ecosystem
Required qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active Top Secret level security clearance
- 10+ years of experience supporting Air Force or Department of Defense operational environments
- Demonstrated understanding of Air Force missions, operational ecosystems, and acquisition pathways
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships across various Air Force communities
- Experience supporting or selling software and operational support solutions
