Job Summary
Driving strategic growth within the United States Air Force, the full-time Air Force Growth Lead will identify operational mission challenges, position technology solutions to address those challenges, and lead the progression from initial engagement to contract win while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead growth activities within the Air Force pipeline and develop account strategies for mission-relevant capabilities
- Engage stakeholders across various Air Force communities to understand emerging mission challenges and align solutions accordingly
- Build and maintain trusted relationships within the Air Force ecosystem to drive expansion and adoption of solutions
Required qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret level security clearance
- 10+ years of experience in Air Force or Department of Defense operational environments
- Demonstrated understanding of Air Force missions, acquisition pathways, and sustainment operations
- Proven ability to build relationships within operational, sustainment, logistics, and acquisition communities
- Experience in supporting or selling technology solutions relevant to military operations, such as software or analytics
