Air Reservation Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Air Reservation Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist travel advisors and guests with airline bookings, and ensure quality control of reservations while providing superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales and air calls, providing professional and efficient service while managing internal air bookings and collaborating with group desks
• Utilize the Galileo air booking system to arrange complex travel itineraries, including new bookings and changes to existing flights
• Assist Tour Directors with personal flight emergencies and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in all airline-related matters

Required Qualifications

• External candidates must have 2 years of experience with an Air Reservation System
• Internal candidates require a minimum of 1 year on the Reservations/Start to Finish team and must be in good standing
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning
• Knowledge or experience with the Galileo air reservation system is a plus
• Enthusiastic and customer-oriented, dedicated to maintaining high standards of performance and service
