Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs based on professional experience in air traffic control
• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect air traffic control tasks
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of workplace language and tasks

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in air traffic control or related fields
• Experience in coordinating and managing aircraft movement within assigned airspace
• Ability to issue landing and take-off instructions and monitor aircraft using radar
• Willingness to participate in asynchronous work with AI labs
• Eligibility for work authorization, such as CPT or OPT for F-1 students, may apply
