AirCover Ops Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AirCover Operational Success Analyst in Remote, USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external leaders to ensure best-in-class support and change management
• Provide insights and conduct root cause analysis for operational improvements
• Support the creation and execution of operational playbook and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in managing BPO partners, preferably in insurance claims or related fields
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification are advantageous
• Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative background
• Demonstrated capacity for learning, adaptability, and fostering innovation
