Aircraft Painter with Fall Protection Certification

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aircraft Painter in San Antonio, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Coat surfaces of aircraft with various materials and remove old paint
• Smooth surfaces and prepare them for painting, including masking areas not to be painted
• Apply insignia, letters, or numerals on aircraft surfaces using stencils

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in application and removal of aircraft paint coatings
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with sanding, taping, and mixing materials
• Experience reading blueprints and document specifications
• Ability to work at heights and complete Fall Protection training
