Aircraft Performance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aircraft Performance & Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, calibrate, and validate aircraft performance models using various data sources
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate performance models into production systems
• Analyze flight data to identify trends and perform statistical validation of model outputs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years of experience in aircraft performance engineering or operational analysis
• Strong understanding of aerodynamic theory and flight mechanics
• Proficiency with Python for numerical modeling and data analysis
• Experience handling and analyzing recorded flight data
