Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aircraft Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Source aircraft through various networks and negotiate pricing and terms
• Support Private Jet Advisors by providing vetted aircraft options and removing sourcing burdens
• Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international operators while tracking their performance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in charter brokerage, aviation sales, or similar roles
• Proven negotiation skills with charter operators and a track record of managing tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience with Avinode and trip management platforms
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Understanding of margin dynamics and trip economics
