Airport Technology Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Operations Specialist - Airports.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support incidents and requests through various channels
• Coordinate new airport setups and provide ongoing support for existing airports
• Maintain records of system setups and assist with Microsoft Teams and meeting room equipment

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of service desk and/or system administration experience
• 2+ years of field IT work experience
• 4-year degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience using Active Directory (Azure AD preferred)
• High performance orientation and ability to work under pressure
